I’m Ashley Herring, the founder of AgIleina LLC. For almost a decade and a half I've worked in consulting and delivery leadership, guiding organizations across industries like financial services, healthcare, consumer products, and insurance. I've launched Agile Release Trains, coached executives and first-time Product Owners, and led large transformations where clarity and alignment made all the difference.

What I discovered is that great coaching unlocks momentum, but it too often stops when the meeting ends or fades once consultants leave. Impact is real, but not always sustainable.

That realization inspired me to create AgIleina — a brand designed to reduce friction, make coaching accessible, and extend its reach far beyond the room.

At its core AgIleina asks a simple question: how can years of consulting experience and lessons learned be built into something that helps more teams than I could ever reach alone?

The answer is combining AI-powered guidance with human coaching in the room. AgIleina makes it possible for teams, leaders, and organizations to turn strategy into delivery with confidence, consistency, and results that last.

 

At my core, I believe in:

AgIleina is my way of combining everything I’ve learned, consulting, coaching, delivery, and now AI, into something that helps organizations not just survive transformation, but thrive in it.
