Scaled Agile enablement and multi-vendor coordination for retail annuities.
Served as Release Train Engineer and Agile Coach supporting the launch of a 10-team, multi-vendor ART focused on retail annuities product development. Led training and enablement for Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and leadership teams to establish governance, ensure readiness, and accelerate scaled execution.

Life Insurance Modernization & Transformation (Financial Services, EY, 2022–2024)
Enterprise modernization of end-to-end life insurance product delivery.
Led Agile delivery and facilitation for a large-scale modernization program migrating life insurance product flows to the cloud. Improved ART predictability by 20% and increased feature velocity by 35% through data-driven metrics, cadence stabilization, and collaboration across business, technology, and vendor partners.

Platform Modernization & ART Launch (Consumer Products, EY, 2022)
Transformation of a $400M digital platform through scaled Agile delivery.
Launched and enabled an eight-team, multi-vendor Agile Release Train to support a $400M platform modernization initiative. Established delivery structures, coached Agile roles, and aligned teams to portfolio objectives to accelerate transformation and strengthen cross-vendor collaboration.
